Not a great pic of me!
I will have to find a better pic later!
I live just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. We have no bakery in town. I love food and maybe one day will open that small hometown bakery. I live with two beautful doberman pinschers. I have a wonderful family. I need to mention my beautiful niece, she is special! I am going to be changing and adding and subtracting so check back often. I am a revisionist that is just what I do. So try to keep up! Welcome again and I hope you will return!
Eli, please do add a link. May I add one to yours?
I have want to open a small bakery someday as well… It a fun way to procrastinate dreaming about all the varieties of bread I would sell.
Cbucholz,
Thank you and please do! Keep in touch and we can share notes about a bakery!

Eli, looks like you have a cool blog going here, have you been doing it very long? you seem to give very good advice on the fresh loaf. i am starting to bake bread at home after baking professionally for 5 years. it is a different world. i enjoy your wisdom and passion for bread cause i need that type of inspiration right now, keep it up! thanx, steve
Steve,
Thank you, I have just started the blog. Please feel free to share some of your baking stories, professional or home baking, with me at any time. I would love to learn more. I really do enjoy baking bread and sharing.
Thanks for the post!
Eli
Eli, your blog is sweet…and I do mean, SWEET! I love the snow, or is that salt that is falling? lol. Either way, it is an adorable addition and a real ‘attention grabber’!
I’ll be back to visit. I enjoy your blog.
Margie,
Thanks for the comment! Please stop in anytime!! Share some food stories!!
Happy Holidays!

Hey Eli,
I noticed we both use the mistylook theme…but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to configure it to show only excerpts of each post despite having entered a shortened version in the ‘excerpt’ box when writing/editing. You seem to have got it working…any clues you could share with a newbie blogger?
Cheers
